These terms govern use of Nestly Family Coordination. By using the service you agree to these terms.

Service scope
Nestly Family Coordination provides a household coordination service. The service accepts customer-submitted messages and returns structured items such as events, tasks, reminders, and preparation notes. The service is not a substitute for professional advice of any kind.
Acceptable use
- Do not use the service for emergencies or safety-critical decisions.
- Review important dates, tasks, and reminders before relying on them.
- Do not submit data you are not authorised to share.
- Do not use the service for medical, legal, financial, or child-safety decision-making.
- Do not use the service to spam, harass, or deceive other people.
Customer eligibility
The service is intended for adults (18+) acting as a household organiser or coordinator. Customers must provide accurate contact information and must be authorised to share any household information they submit.
Pilot participation
During the pilot phase, the service is provided free of charge to invited customers in exchange for structured feedback. Pilot participation may be paused, reset, or withdrawn to protect service quality.
Availability
We work to keep the service available and reliable, but we do not offer a formal uptime guarantee during the pilot phase. Service levels for post-pilot commercial plans will be published alongside pricing.

Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nestly Family Coordination and its operator are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Termination
Either the customer or the operator may terminate access at any time. On termination, the customer may request export or deletion of their data via the data deletion process.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Israel.
