Data deletion request
Pilot participants may request deletion of their Nestly Family Coordination data at any time. Requests are handled by the operator and confirmed by email.
How to request
Send a request to omazor1@gmail.com. Use the subject Data Deletion Request for fastest routing.
What to include
- The phone number or account identifier used with the service.
- A clear request to delete your data.
- If known, the household slug or person slug used for the internal pilot.
- Optional: whether the request is household-wide deletion or a single linked adult identity.
What is deleted
Where technically feasible, deletion covers linked identity data, stored messages, structured items, memory facts, correction events, and share events associated with the account or household. Some records required for security, audit, or legal purposes may be retained for the minimum period required by law.
Response time
The operator responds within 14 days and confirms deletion by email once complete.
